The Agresolve management aspires to provide a motivated, diligent team of workers who are able to meet the expectations of the customer while providing tireless, hands-on service and clear communication and documentation.

 

Agresolve Pty Ltd is a wholly South Australian owned and operated company and has been involved with the provision of quality labour to the horticulture and agriculture industries since 2001. Our specialised team has the expertise to bring efficiencies to your production and take the pressure off your management. Our hands-on approach is a testament to our success and we are always available to give you workers when you need them. We ensure that candidates appreciate the importance of workplace rules, especially legislation surrounding health and safety at work.

Agresolve has built a vast database of excellent workers over a period of more than 20 years, who are able to work in unskilled and skilled environments. Agresolve has the agility to quickly support its clients with a readily available, consistent and stable workforce in many locations performing many types of work. We have a solid understanding of modern awards and we can assist with our customers’ placements and rostering to bring savings to them where possible. Our focus on talent pool management, is a key area where we can add value for our business partners in speeding up the time in finding suitable candidates for what can be, time-sensitive placements. We aim not simply to supply quality candidates, but to understand a client’s project cycles, and proactively anticipate demand for additional resources.

Capability

We recognise that labour needs may arise overnight in some circumstances and with relatively short notice, we can arrange large numbers of workers very quickly. We maintain and regularly review our vast database of workers who have experience performing all of the tasks required of us.  We prepare our workers for the job and we will arrange transport to get them there and accommodate them if required. Agresolve handles payroll and all the various payments, taxes and levies for each of the workers and regardless of the number of workers we provide, and our clients receive a single invoice for services rendered. It’s that simple!

We believe an important factor of a successful business is looking after the worker and building trust with them. This nurtures worker stability and equates to less problems to our business partners. We have all critical systems in place including stringent inductions and everything is backed up with clear communication and documentation. Our hands-on approach is a testament to our success and we are always available to provide workers when they are required. We induct all our workers to ensure that they can adequately and safely perform the task and will understand and comply with your particular workplace requirements.

 

With extensive experience across the Horticulture and Agriculture Industries, the labour provided by Agresolve assists with either short term or long term needs of our clients or both.

COMPLIANCE

HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK

Agresolve has established an extensive WHS system to comply with the requirements of the WHS Act and the WHS Regulations to establish and maintain a safe work environment for our workers. Agresolve continuously strives to increase its WHS performance through many mechanisms including, site audits, inductions, manual handling training, management reviews and the like. Agresolve generally manages its WHS responsibilities for providing a safe work environment for its employees in the following manner:

  • Our interview process includes stringent checks for English language understanding and suitability for employment in a broad range of manual handling tasks.
  • We deliver and encourage a risk management approach resulting in a health conscious, safety culture.
  • All employees are inducted in general WHS and manual handling requirements. Employees are required to sign off as having understood their responsibilities on completion of the induction. Those workers whose first language is not English, we ensure each worker has a satisfactory understanding of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Site audits are conducted in conjunction with the host to identify any WHS issues that may affect employees. Agresolve will work with the host to correct any identified issues.
  • Agresolve conducts regular safety updates with its employees.

VISAS AND THE RIGHT TO WORK

Every candidate that we process has to carry out a stringent induction and during this process we conduct visa checks for those who are not Australian citizens or permanent residents. The neglect of these very important processes carry serious consequences and our clients can be assured every candidate has the legal right to work in Australia.

PAY RATES AND CONDITIONS

Agresolve has vast experience across a plethora of industries with regard to pay rates and conditions. You can be assured the workers we provide to our clients are paid correctly and if an audit is required at any time we have an open-book relationship with our clients and our workers.

LABOUR HIRE LICENSING

When labour hire licensing was introduced in 2019 here in South Australia, we at Agresolve were very pleased as it brought accountability and transparency to our industry, something that we as an ethical labour supplier had been advocating for some time. Partnering with Agresolve ensures the workers are being paid their entitlements by law and treated well.

Seventy percent of the work would be classified as industrial cleaning, as our amenities are used by our production personnel and require specialised cleaning and chemical knowledge to produce a level of cleanliness not only to the standards we require for our employees, but to meet the strict standards required by AQIS and other regulatory bodies.

The work involves between 6 and 8 people day and night on weekdays and includes weekend cleans that cannot be done during our production times. Additional requests for ad hoc window, carpet cleans and floor stripping have been coordinated and handled by the team often at short notice for special events and all completed within these tight time frames.
