Agresolve Pty Ltd is a wholly South Australian owned and operated company and has been involved with the provision of Contract Labour Hire resources since 2001. Our motivated and specialised team has the expertise  to bring efficiencies to your production and take the pressure of your management. Agresolve has built a vast database of competent people over a period of more than 15 years, who are able to work in unskilled and skilled environments. Our Team

Tony Papageorgiou


Tony guides and manages the organisation in its day-to-day business activities. Tony has been involved in contracting workers for agricultural and horticultural needs for over two decades. He is driven to help clients in any way he can, and thrives on the challenge of seeking and selecting the right candidates and delivering the right contract resources whenever and wherever they are required. Although Tony enjoys the lifestyle of living with his family in Adelaide, strong business growth outside of Agresolve′s home town – particularly into regional centres in South Australia and Victoria – sees Tony spending a bit of time out on the road.

Mary Papageorgiou

Office Manager

Mary is in charge of all accounts and reporting and supervises the daily administrative tasks at Agresolve and supervises all employee inductions and manual handling training as well as any reference checks. Our growth has brought about a number of changes within our office environment and with everyone working very hard, it is great to have Mary to provide overall support and management of our operations


We recognise that labour needs may arise overnight in some circumstances and with minimal notice, large numbers of employees can be made available very quickly. We maintain and regularly review our large database of workers who have experience performing all of the tasks mentioned in the services list above. We prepare our workers for the job and we will arrange transport to get them there and accommodate them, if required.

One invoice simplifies payroll for you. Agresolve handles the various payments, taxes and levies on each of the workers and regardless of the number of workers we provide, you receive a single invoice for services rendered. It’s that simple!

We induct all our workers to ensure that they can adequately and safely perform the task and will understand and comply with your particular workplace requirements.


Agresolve has established an extensive WHS system to comply with the requirements of the WHS Act and the WHS Regulations 2011. The company employs a WHS Manager whose role is to work with customers, contractors and employees to establish and maintain a safe work environment for workers.

Agresolve continuously strives to increase its WHS performance through many mechanisms including, site audits, inductions, manual handling training, management reviews and the like. Agresolve generally manages its WHS responsibilities for providing a safe work environment for its employees in the following manner –

  • Our interview process includes stringent checks for English language understanding and suitability for employment in a broad range of manual handling tasks
  • We deliver and encourage a risk management approach resulting in a health conscious, safety culture
  • All employees are inducted in general WHS and manual handling requirements. Employees are required to sign off as having understood their responsibilities on completion of the induction
  • Host employers are audited for satisfactory site safety and WHS management prior to placing employees with a host
  • A WHS agreement is signed with the host indicating compliance with the WHS Act and Regulations by both parties
  • Regular site audits are conducted in conjunction with the host to identify any WHS issues that may affect employees. Agresolve will work with the host to correct any identified issues
  • Agresolve conducts regular safety updates with its employees
  • Agresolve has invested heavily in its WHS systems and procedures as we see the value in its importance with employee


“We are very pleased with the cleaning work that has been undertaken at our busy processing plant by the Agresolve workforce.
Seventy percent of the work would be classified as industrial cleaning, as our amenities are used by our production personnel and require specialised cleaning and chemical knowledge to produce a level of cleanliness not only to the standards we require for our employees, but to meet the strict standards required by AQIS and other regulatory bodies
The work involves between 6 and 8 people day and night on weekdays and includes weekend cleans that cannot be done during our production times. Additional requests for ad hoc window, carpet cleans and floor stripping have been coordinated and handled by the team often at short notice for special events and all completed within these tight time frames.
In short, I have had an excellent service from Agresolve Pty Ltd in terms of dependability, quick response to changes to cleaning requirements and schedules, cooperation and flexibility as well as excellent cleaning standards.
